Chuc provided excellent customer service. Two igniters and one capacitor (for furnace repair) for $600 was quite expensive in addition to paying $300 for annual maintenance on 2 furnaces. However, I understand the pricing is a separate issue; Chuc was professional and did his job well.

Went over ducting options
Performed air conditioning tune up on 2 split systems. Both systems were operating within manufacturers specifications. Both systems are operational at this time.
Quoted new Lennox Ductless Mini-Split system with two heads.
Performed ac tune for 4 Lennox spilt systems. Tested and checked systems in cooling mode. Checked all safeties and connections. Checked filters. Washed outdoor units. System is operational at this time. Filters may need to be changed next visit.
Performed AC inspections and tune ups on Trane and Lennox split systems. Cleaned outdoor condenser coils. Systems are operating properly at this time. Customer signed up for superhero club membership for both systems.
Diagnostic performed on a Rheem system found breaker popped reset breaker tested system is operational also client purchase surge protection no other issues at this time
Performed AC inspection and tune up on Amana package unit. Cleaned out leaves from inside the system around the compressor. System is operating properly at this time. Customer signed up for superhero club membership. Today is the first visit. One visit remains.

Signed up on Superhero club on one system and Performed AC tune on both Lennox system. Found weak dual capacitor on both systems; replaced new Dual capacitor on both systems and installed Hard start kit on one. All other checks are within manufacturers spec and both systems are operating properly. Will have one more visit left on one system, will need to renew membership on the second system.
