Performed ac tune up for both Lennox spilt systems. Checked all safeties and connections. Checked filters. Washed both outdoor units. Systems are operational at this time.

Performed annual AC inspection and tune up on Goodman split system. System is operating properly at this time.
Went through airflow and duct work throughout houses with customer, will like to wait if whole house fan will improve cooling.
Performed leak search on system, found multiple leaks inside evaporator coil, will order coil from Lennox. will need to come back out and replace coil. Will need to schedule with homeowner.
Performed last visit AC tune up on a Carrier Split System. Blower motor capacitor was below spec, suggest replacement and found system was a little low on refrigerant. System is currently operating at this time but may need to add refrigerant to proper level for peak efficiency. All other checks are within manufacturers spec and outdoor coil cleaned.
Performed last visit AC tune up on a Bryant Split System. Washed both filters and outdoor coil. All electrical wires and components, refrigerant level, and condensation lines are within manufacturers spec and system is operating properly. Also, System can use a Surge protectors to prevent any high voltage from entering the electrical components.
Found water heater drain valve slightly dripping. Tightened valve No leaking at this time
Found that the common and Y2 wires were hooked up backwards at condenser coil. Rewired and system running now.
