Larry, our Service Representative, was fantastic! Besides demonstrating his knowledge and ability, he was honest and showed me a great degree of integrity. Larry is the first representative that has ever told me that Duct inspection was a part of the routine Member Service Inspection. He put on his coveralls and performed the inspection, then went over everything with us. I must say, as a long time customer that has done a lot of work with Huft and made many referrals, I am very disappointed that Larry is the first representative that has ever checked my ducting as part of the Member Service. Now I am having to pay $3700.00 for a total duct replacement that I had done 5 years ago by Huft. Had I received the service that should have been performed as part of the Annual Member Agreement, this replacement could have been avoided by identifying the problem earlier and I could have taken appropriate preventative action. That is what the service is for. Larry is the first representative to ever perform the duct inspection as a component of being a member. He even showed me the list of inspections performed and the ratings. Duct Inspection was a line item. He is the first representative to sit with my wife and I and go through the list. I am very pleased with Larry and Elizabeth. They are great! I am very disappointed that I am now paying for a complete duct replacement from Huft after only 5 years when Huft replaced it last time, This could have been avoided had the inspections been performed that I was paying for as a Member. The issue could have been identified earlier and I could have taken proactive measures to avoid the total replacement for $3700.00.

Remove and dispose of old water heater. Install new standard gas water heater. Includes permits, water flex lines, and expansion tank. 6 year parts and 2 year labor warranties.

Performed A/C tuneup on a Lennox system. All checks are within manufacture specifications and the system is operational at this time. Recommend replacing ducting due to ducts coming apart.
Performed ac tune up for Lennox spilt system. Tested and checked system in cooling mode. Found no issues. Washed outdoor unit. System is operational at this time. Signed up on super hero club membership.
Performed A/C tuneup on a Rheem heat pump system. Installed pan treatment. Duct work has holes due to rodents eating through it. Homeowner paid for ductwork to be replace. Will install Aluma Flex ducting on march 16th 2020. All checks are within manufacture specifications and the system is operational at this time.
