Lead Installation Technician

The Installation Technician performs installation work for HVAC/R equipment, duct systems, fittings, grilles/registers/ diffusers, controls, and related equipment. Identifies and solves problems that might impede the completion of work within budgeted time. Provides feedback/suggestions to supervisors, salespeople, and others on ways to improve quality and reduce costs. Completes installations in a timely manner. Collects any payments as needed. Qualifications include: • EPA certified for all R22 • Valid drivers license • Clean driving and criminal records as required by state laws for home service companies and by company insurance carrier(s) • Ability to follow/perform installation procedures for HVAC/R equipment • Ability to follow controls/wiring schematic • Ability to braze/solder/weld • Ability to perform minor field fabrication • Ability to lift 100 pounds • Standard technician tools • Two or more years of experience as an HVAC/R installation, maintenance, or service technician • NATE certification preferred • Neat, clean, professional appearance.

Installation Apprentice

The Assistant Installation Technician assists in the performance of installation work for HVAC/R equipment, duct systems, fittings, grilles/registers/diffusers, controls, and related equipment. Performs other duties/tasks as required. Qualifications include: • EPA certified for all R22 • Valid drivers license • Clean driving and criminal records as required by state laws for home service companies and by company insurance carrier(s) • Ability to lift 100 pounds • Standard technician tools • ICE/NATE certification preferred • Neat, clean, professional appearance.

Customer Service Rep/Dispatcher

This position is a combined role of the customer service rep and dispatcher. The Customer Service Representative is an interface between our company and our customers: answering questions, resolving problems, and contacting our customers. All customer interactions must be conducted in a professional manner that will enhance the image of our company. The Dispatcher is responsible for effectively and efficiently managing the assignment and follow up of technicians to jobs to maintain the highest levels of customer service while meeting or exceeding company objectives. This is a full time position, Monday -Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
